What to expect:

 

First

We will start with a 15 minute phone call where we will introduce ourselves, discuss your concerns, and figure out if we are the best
fit for one another. It is really important
that we start out on the same page.
We will then schedule your
first session.

Second

During your first session, we will discuss your context in more detail.

It is normal for sessions 1-3 to be information gathering and where we get a sense of how we will work together.
During this time, I will ask you questions to get a better sense of what you are seeking and how I can help you.
Together, we will come up with a plan to address your concerns, while helping you come home to yourself.


Next

The hard part is implementing changes, but we will work together to make those
changes you seek, stick.

While getting to know yourself is hard work, it can be fun, too.
